Great place to live with fantastic facilities

I have been living at New Acres for several months now and overall it has been a really positive experience. The apartment is beautifully designed with modern finishes and great natural light. The communal facilities are outstanding - the heated swimming pool is amazing and I use it regularly, the gym has excellent equipment and the co-working spaces are perfect for remote work days. The concierge team are brilliant, always helpful and friendly, and the parcel service is so convenient. The location is great for getting into central London and I love the riverside walks. The management team organise regular social events which creates a nice community atmosphere. The private dining rooms and snooker table are great additions for entertaining friends.

Positives: Heated swimming pool, excellent gym equipment, modern apartment design, helpful concierge team, great co-working spaces, regular community events, convenient parcel service, good transport links, riverside location, private dining facilities
Negatives: Facilities can get busy during peak times, parking is quite limited

Living at New Acres has been a wonderful experience overall. The design is absolutely stunning - modern, stylish and everything feels very luxurious. The heated lido is incredible and makes such a difference having an outdoor pool year-round. The gym facilities are excellent with top-quality equipment, and I love having the co-working spaces when I need a change from working at home. The concierge team are always friendly and helpful, especially with parcel collection which is so convenient. The location is great for riverside walks and easy access to central London. The community feel is brilliant too - the management team organise lovely social events which helps you get to know your neighbours.
