Scheduled for completion in 2025, The Hertford is being meticulously designed by the esteemed architectural firm BGY. With an emphasis on enhancing the local streetscape, the project aims to blend contemporary living with the rich historical essence of Mayfair. This redevelopment will not only breathe new life into the existing hotel but will also introduce an array of residential apartments that encapsulate the charm and character of the area.

The Hertford will comprise 16 exquisite apartments, alongside a thoughtfully redesigned hotel that will offer 75 luxurious rooms. Each residential unit is designed to reflect the architectural heritage of the area while providing modern amenities that cater to today’s discerning residents. The development includes two residential buildings at 36 and 37 Hertford Street, which will house 13 apartments, retaining the historical features of the Grade II listed structure.
