Lock 17

Lock 17 is situated off Ferry Lane, close to Tottenham Hale rail and underground stations. The site offers a major regeneration opportunity and plans for the scheme to include up to 500 new homes, modern business space and canal-side public realm. Lock 17 has been designated as one of the Mayor of London’s Housing Zones, meaning the site will make an important contribution to the Mayor’s and the Council’s aspiration for 2,000 new homes in Tottenham Hale.
