Lisson Arches

We are building 60 new community supportive homes, 59 of which will be new social rented one-bedroom apartments and a two-bedroom scheme manager’s residence at Lisson Arches.

Enabling works for the project were managed by FM Conway, who handed the scheme over to contractors United Living in September 2020. The project is anticipated to be completed by Winter 2022/23.

We are designing a landmark housing scheme for older adults and a business enterprise building for Westminster City Council. The bold form of the building is a response to its strategic position on Lisson Grove.

The 45 homes, planned to meet HAPPI recommendations (Housing for an Ageing Population Panel for Innovation), will offer generously sized, accessible homes to the existing residents of Penn House. There will also be a 1300sqm enterprise business space which forms the base of the building.
