Lewisham Gateway Phase Two is the final phase of the major mixed-use regeneration scheme that will bring more new homes, along with a retail and leisure offering not seen in the area before.

Throughout the build, we’ll be looking to engage with Lewisham residents to make sure that we leave a positive legacy after the project completes. Our aim is to help people make the first step in their career through apprenticeships and work experience opportunities across our range of job roles.

Working with the London Borough of Lewisham we will support local residents into work with employment opportunities. We’ll also be upskilling our workforce with training and qualifications and using local businesses in our supply chain to benefit the local economy.
