Hammersmith & Fulham Council has been granted planning consent to build 134 new high-quality homes on the former site of Hartopp Point and Lannoy Point. The plans for the new development were approved by the Planning and Development Committee of H&F Council on Wednesday 21 September.
Across the development on the Aintree Estate, 84 per cent of the new homes will be genuinely affordable and local residents in housing need will get first priority to secure one of the new affordable rent homes being built. The new homes will be built ‘Passivhaus’ classic standards – the most energy efficient standards of homes in the UK.
