Albany Riverside

Working with our joint venture partners Topland Group, and award-winning architects, Duggan Morris and Pollard Thomas Edwards, we have designed two separate buildings which together will comprise 298 apartments and a new 30,000 sq ft arts centre. These buildings will replace an architecturally insignificant police station and section house, together with a 1980s office block and arts centre.

A resolution to grant planning consent was approved in February 2018.
