We are currently working with Lambeth & Southwark Housing Association to deliver a new scheme of 31 residential apartments for private and affordable use.

The proposed development aims to bring together two currently occupied buildings, utilising a unique design and implementing innovative modular and off-site construction techniques. This proposes to include a double storey rooftop extension, the formation of ‘bookends’ at either side of the existing buildings and a new central core. The core will connect the two buildings and feature a new lift, stairwell and communal entrance, as well as a new landscaped forecourt.

We have submitted a planning application for the development extension and will be releasing further information in due course.

The location

The development is located just minutes away from Bermondsey, South Bermondsey and Surrey Quays stations, allowing easy access to the Jubilee and London Overground Lines.

It will further benefit from a wide variety of local amenities in wider Bermondsey, littered with trendy cafes, pubs, restaurants and a wide variety of artisanal businesses. The hugely popular Maltby Street Market and Bermondsey Beer Mile is just 18 minutes’ walk away.
